The terms below apply to all sales concluded on the Pont-Masson online store site.
Availability
All online orders are prepared and outsourced by our official supplier Pep Concept for all items and clothing. Pont-Masson do not manage any physical inventory on site.
Orders
You can simply visit Pont-Masson online store and place your order: pontmasson.boutiquepep.com
Shipping
You will be able to choose between a delivery at your home or at your business place. Turnaround time is three to five weeks, depending on the delivery address.
Prices
The prices displayed on the online store (pontmasson.boutiquepep.com) are in CAD $ without taxes.
Pre-authorized Payment
Orders placed on our online store (pontmasson.boutiquepep.com) are pre-authorized by the Head Office.
When you enter your promo code, you will see the budget allocated to you (Pont-Masson’ credit) in your cart. Any cost overruns will need to be approved by Head Office.
Return and Exchange
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted with the exception of damaged, defective, or wrong item ship by the store.
If you receive the wrong item or the item shows a defect in material, please contact us as soon as possible at web@pontmasson.boutiquepep.com by stating your order number (or by replying to your order confirmation email) once you find your item to be defective with photo proof attached.
We will then reply with specific instructions on a case by case basis.
